In 2011, Dr. Ness was encouraged to establish his own practice to focus on his unique blend of artistry and technology. He formed Ness Plastic Surgery from a desire to provide the best plastic surgery option in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and throughout Minnesota. In 2018, the practice was rebranded to Omni Cosmetic to more fully capture our wide range of services. In 2021, Omni Cosmetic became Pinnacle Cosmetic.
